Charlotte joined DPD UK in August 2024 as Director of Customer Experience, responsible for delivering a customer centric culture across the end to end customer experience. Charlotte has over twenty years experience in e-commerce/logistics, with previous senior leadership positions at Boots, easyJet and DHL e-Commerce. Her roles have spanned operational excellence, digital technology implementation, commercial P&L ownership and customer experience strategy.
