The Delivery Conference (TDC) began as a series of MetaPack regional conferences which ran in the UK in 2008. The early events were essentially workshops helping eCommerce shippers and carriers to work more productively together, to create a more complete end to end solution. An early topic was joint carrier and retailer planning for Christmas peak.

The following year these events evolved in to “The Home Delivery Conference’, with the objective of providing a forum for the UK home delivery market. But it was not long before the event expanded to include a strong retailer stream of speakers, and then markets in Europe and beyond. And so, The Delivery Conference (TDC) was born.

Over the years, the event has grown to become one of Europe’s best supported gatherings for the eCommerce industry, bringing the community together to digest market trends, share innovative ideas and strategy, discuss challenges of meeting customers’ ever-increasing expectation of their retail and delivery experience and network with peers.

The London based event, TDC Global, attracts over 1300 attendees – 70% of which are from the leading retailers and brands – with access to keynote presentations from industry leaders, multiple conference streams and an exhibition of over 30 leading carriers, 3PLs and technology providers.
