Will has over 20 years retail marketing experience working at a senior and board level for businesses such as Boden, Fat Face, Lyle & Scott and Conran. Prior to founding Hachikō Will headed up the customer insight practice at international retail consultancy Practicology where he noticed that all retailers are generally good at customer recruitment but are struggling with retention. This sparked the idea for physical retargeting and the founding of Hachikō.
