Steve Oliver is the co-Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of musicMagpie, the world’s largest recommerce business, achieving a turnover of c£125m in just its 10th year of trading.

Starting life as a service that enabled users to trade-in their old CDs, DVDs and Games, the company has re-invented itself in the last three years to become the UK’s biggest mobile phone recycler, with half the turnover now coming from this category.
The business is the world’s largest seller on both Amazon and eBay but its biggest single sales channel is now from the musicMagpie online store which was launched three years ago to complete the model of being the ‘lazy man’s eBay’ where both buying and selling used product is fast, free and easy.

The business also has a fast-growing US brand operating the same model, called Decluttr, based out of Atlanta, Georgia that is now run rating at c$50m per annum.
