Graeme Carter, Group Vice President, Global Order Fulfilment & Distribution

Graeme is responsible for building a world class Distribution and Logistics function at Avon where he leads the operational and strategic agenda to deliver a strategic transformation. Graeme was appointed in 2017 to drive the organisation’s supply chain transformation as Avon adapts to changing consumer expectation and e-commerce growth. Prior to joining Avon Graeme held leadership roles in supply chain and logistics at Amazon and Unilever, where he successfully delivered organisation and business process change. He previously spent 24 years at P&G, carving out his career in supply chain, manufacturing, distribution and warehouse management, working across many brands, categories and countries.
