Dwain McDonald is CEO of DPD, part of DPD Group, wholly owned by France’s La Poste, the second largest postal group in Europe.

Dwain has presided over DPD’s extraordinary growth and transformation to the UK’s ‘delivery company of choice’ for the biggest retailers.

DPD employs over 12,000 people in the UK, operates more than 7,000 vehicles from 62 locations and delivers over 200 million parcels a year.

Dwain is a constant champion for innovation, resulting in a series of award-winning ‘firsts’ for DPD including; Predict, which gives customers a one-hour delivery window, the DPD app, which is used by close to two million people and Precise, which allows customers to select their delivery slot.

DPD has been voted the UK’s favourite delivery company, topping customer polls such as MoneySavingExpert, year after year.

Dwain lives in Stoke with his wife Diane and three children and is a lifelong Stoke City supporter.
