Doug MacGrain, Head of Logistics

Newly appointed into the role of Head of Logistics for Simba Sleep, Doug is responsible for defining and delivering the logistics strategy at the new and rapidly expanding Simba brand. Having spent the last 10 years working up through various roles within operations at Wiggle Ltd, the latter half as Customer Delivery Manager, Doug has been responsible for enhancing proposition whilst leading the logistics functions and supporting the wider business through a multitude of significant change, from enterprise system implementation to warehouse consolidations to merging with Wiggles no.1 competitor Chain Reaction Cycles, all whilst maintaining a class leading ecommerce delivery experience.
