Kelly Vincent is known for her deep expertise in product innovation and her ability to scale complex global teams. Currently, Vincent serves as the Chief Product Officer for Auctane, a leading global company empowering businesses with mailing and shipping solutions through trusted products like ShipStation, Stamps.com, Metapack, and Packlink. Vincent leads Auctane’s product vision and strategy, overseeing a global team dedicated to delivering world-class solutions for mailers and shippers of all sizes. Prior to Auctane, she served as Vice President and Head of Intuit’s mid-market business segment, where she was instrumental in building a high-performing global team and successfully launching Intuit’s SaaS product from the ground up. Additionally, she has held pivotal roles at eBay as General Manager of Consumer Selling and at industry-leading companies including NetApp, Juniper, and Cisco Systems. Vincent has a Bachelor of Science degree from MIT, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and graduated from the Stanford Executive Program for Women Leaders. In addition to building innovative products that delight customers, she enjoys playing the piano, painting, playing volleyball and flag football with her two daughters, and drinking great wine.
