My career has taken me from a ‘No nonsense, data led, customer focussed shopkeeper’ running flagship stores for Marks and Spencer in London to a ‘Digital and Cultural Transformation leader’ driving change in technology and culture to deliver tangible results in people, brand customer experience and EBITDA at Marks & Spencer, Topshop Topman, Arcadia and now Kurt Geiger. I have a proven track record in Technology and People transformation in a number of different ownership organisations Single owner, PLC Board and PE backed.

Now as a key board contributor and operator on the executive board at Kurt Geiger Ltd. I have responsibility for both front end delivery and back-end systems and development.
