It delivers approximately 145 million parcels per year on behalf of around 1,000 clients, including some of the UK’s top retailers. Most recently, Yodel has expanded its product offering to include International outbound. Partnering with specialist freight forwarder DG International, it offers clients a fully tracked global outbound service, providing a fast and efficient home delivery solution to over 200 countries. Yodel is driven by insights: constantly listening and responding to feedback from clients and consumers, so it can design solutions to address challenges and opportunities. It uses this data and insights to continually improve its service, helping clients deliver a great customer experience from the first to the final mile.
Collect+ is the UK’s largest independent store-based parcel delivery and returns service.
