Philip Hall serves as Managing Director, Europe at Rithum, a global commerce solution trusted by leading retailers and brands to streamline the path to purchase—from product discovery to fulfilment and performance optimization. In roles across the retail and brand ecosystem, Philip has led pan European teams covering marketing, sales, and customer success, helping organizations scale revenue while improving customer experience. He is also actively involved in a technology start up in recruitment, bringing digital innovation to talent acquisition.
Philip studied Engineering and Business at Trent University and holds a diploma as a Non Executive Director accredited under a programme run by the Financial Times (FT). He and his wife live in Ludlow, Shropshire and he enjoys almost all sports as well as theatre, concerts, and live entertainment.
