Wayne is the UK CEO of BNode’s international 3PL business, which operates more than 100 warehouses across nine countries. He leads the UK division, overseeing £100 million in turnover, a team of more than 800 people, and nine fulfilment centres. An adept, enthusiastic, and down‑to‑earth public speaker, Wayne brings clear insight across a wide range of logistics and business topics, and is available for written, radio, or television features, as well as rapid‑response industry commentary. During his tenure as UK CEO, he has grown the division from £30 million to over £100 million in turnover, diversified the business from marketing logistics into a full-service portfolio spanning eCommerce and retail logistics, and played a key role in the downstream acquisition and European expansion of Pixel Inspiration, increasing its turnover by more than 400%. He also led the UK division’s upstream acquisition by Staci in 2018 and has championed a people‑first culture that has earned official Great Place to Work status and recognition as the Best UK Large Logistics Employer.
