Michael has worked within the eCommerce supply chain for over 30 years. A long and varied career within Royal Mail Group at senior level included operational management, strategic change programmes, product development and customer management. Over 10 years were spent managing RMG's commercial partnerships with overseas logistics providers across the world providing great insight into cultural differences and the scale of approaches to achieving operational excellence. In the last five years, Michael has held roles within the technology eco system covering carrier management systems for shippers and route optimisation solutions for carriers.
