Adam Coventry is an Executive Director at SCALA, a global supply chain and logistics consultancy. In addition to serving on SCALA’s Executive Board, he oversees a range of consulting projects, assisting clients with warehouse design and optimisation requirements, with a strong focus on automation and robotics.
Before this he was Director of Warehousing for Boots UK, where he led a radical transformation of warehousing as part of both the retail and e-commerce supply chains. This culminated in him overseeing a £40m automation investment into the e-commerce fulfilment operations, as well as having responsibility for numerous smaller warehouse automation projects. Adam brings 30 years of experience in warehousing and supply chain leadership, combining strategic insight with hands-on operational expertise to help businesses embrace innovation and deliver measurable results.
